Every hour from 6:30 to 23:30, the Sao Viet bus will depart from Hanoi for Sapa and vice versa.

From Hanoi to Sapa

* Pick up at the meeting point at Hanoi Sao Viet Bus Office

* Arrive at Sapa Sao Viet Bus Office ( No. 03, N2 Str, Sa Pa Market) and the passengers will be transported by minivan to their lodging in the Sapa Town area.

From Sapa to Hanoi

* Free minivan pickup from your Sapa Town hotel or Sapa Sao Viet Bus Office

* If a passenger wishes to go to the airport, the bus can also drop them off at the Noi Bai Office (Domestic Lobby – Arrival Gate E5, International Lobby – Column 17 1F, Noi Bai Office)

* Arrive at the Hanoi Sao Viet Bus Office

      Individual cabin on the 2nd floor (Please NOTICE: If all 2nd-floor cabins are fully booked, a shared cabin on the 1st floor will be booked for you instead)

Cancellation Policies

    More than 72 hours before the start time: a full refund less a handling fee of USD 2 per person

    48 to 72 hours before the scheduled start time: A refund of 50% of the entire tour cost will be given
