[2D1N] Hoa Lu/Bai Dinh - Trang An - Mua Cave - Tam Coc Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: BAI DINH/HOA LU – TRANG AN – MUA CAVE (Meal included: Lunch, Dinner)

07:30 – 08:00 - Our guide will meet you at your hotel/stay and start a 110km modern bus journey through the verdant landscape of the countryside. Short brake en route.

Option 1:

10:00 - Arrive at Bai Dinh Complex, the largest pagoda, not only in Vietnam but also in Southeast Asia. Scenically set on the foot hill of Dinh Mountain surrounded by amazing views of the exquisite river valley below and dotted and the limestone karsts dotted around which will take your breath away. 

You will visit some of the highlights that owned the national:500 stone statues of “La Han” (Arhats), 2 huge bronze bells, one weighing 27 tons, the other weighing 36 tons. Visit the Quan Yin statue with thousands of arms and eyes and the Gautama Buddha statue.

Option 2:

10:30 – Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel with Dinh King Temple dating back to the 17th Century.

12:00 – Enjoy lunch at our restaurant with the great local cuisine.

13:00 – Leave for the Trang An Grottoes, an outstanding natural beauty of majestic limestone mountains at 20 square kilometers that rise dramatically from rice paddy fields. Deep into the linked chains of towering mountains are pristine places of mystical valleys, numerous freshwater ponds, and jungle.

Embark on a traditional sampan gently rowed down the exquisite river through numerous caves: Lam Cave, Vang Cave, Dai Cave, Thanh Truot Cave,... Cao Sơn Temple, Suoi Tien Temple, Vu Lam Temple…

15:30 – Visit Mua Cave and start an amazing trek up to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain to watch the spectacular rice valley with a specious view of nature.

17:00 – Check in Homestay/Bungalow and then you have your own time to relax, read books, or swim before dinner around 19:00, then enjoy the nighttime with a pool view bar. (The tour guide is not available until next afternoon)

DAY 02: TAM COC BOATING- CYCLING – HANOI (Meal included: Breakfast, Lunch)

In the morning: Breakfast is served at the Bungalow. Free time for swimming and exploring the neighborhood 11:30 Check out  and Lunch at a local restaurant 

In the afternoon: Our guide will take you on a boat trip on the Ngo Dong River in Tam Coc– the most exciting boating trip with sampan boats through caves (Hang Ca – Hang Hai and Hang Ba) and visit stunning river surrounded by Limestone Karsts with rich fauna and flora.

16:00 – You are cycling through peaceful villages with rice fields to visit the peaceful villages and enjoy the panoramic view of dramatic limestone ridges and dotted hamlets and a particularly refreshing highlight a lovely day and get on the bus to Hanoi.

17:00 – Return to our bus and then come back to Ha Noi.

18:30 – Drop you off at your hotel/stay. Trip ends.
