For bus bookings:

More than 72 hours before the starting time: You will receive a 100% refund, but a handling fee of USD 2 per person will be deducted.

Between 48 to 72 hours before the starting time: You will receive a 50% refund of the total tour price.

Within 48 hours before the starting time: Unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
If a passenger fails to show up: No refund will be provided.

For tour bookings:

If you cancel at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure: You are eligible for a 100% refund, minus a handling fee of USD 2 per person.

If you cancel between 4 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure: There is a 50% cancellation fee.

If you cancel within 3 days of the scheduled departure: A 100% cancellation fee will be applied.

Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our customer service team. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe according to the original payment method.
